Team Reflection

     Since the beginning of the new group that Mr.Rick picked, we didn't do really well. We communicate awkwardly with each other and also we are lacking of teamwork. But as time goes by, we get to know each other more. We worked together and function properly.

     We learn a lot of things from our beloved teacher, Mr.Rick, and also from each other. Like in ldls, the members give us compliments and advices to make the teammate improve. We also synchronize in our project.

     In the past few months, we learn a lot of important lessons of life. Not only academically, but we also learn the value of life. We also have self-discipline thanks to the training done by Mr.Rick. We would like thank Mr.Rick for all the lessons of life you teach to us.

THE TREATY OF VERSAILLES

WEEK 14

Day 1

Lecture notes:

·       German in 1939 is destroyed.

·       Everybody have uniform

·       There are armies.

·       There are a lot of Swastika flag.

·       It was the last year of peace in German.

·       German was rebuild with no money.

·       Hitler’s speeches were good.

·       He told German to reunite.

Day 2

·       Lecture Notes:  Hitler started a world war that killed millions of people

·       Hitler eliminated the unemployment of the people in Germany.

·       The Nazi stand out all the political position.

·       He opened the Olympic games during 1936

·       In 1940, where they take place in Tokyo and after it will be in Germany

·       Lloyd George was so proud of Hitler

·       As he leave, he introduced his secret memos

·       There was no unemployment at that time

·       Hitler and Ava had a relationship

·       She was deeply touched with Hitler

o   Research the actions that Hitler took between 1933 and 1937 to destroy the Treaty of Versailles.

o   Research the reasons why the Nazi Party had little success before 1930. 

o   Research the benefits that the German people enjoyed from Nazi policies, programs and innovations in the 1930s. 

o   Research “the policy of appeasement”. Was it a mistake? 

o   Research the ‘Strength through Joy’ program (AND Volksgemeinschaft) Was they successful?

·       Hitler’s response to effect of TOV.

·       Hitler help build Germany.

·       He was convinced that the Tov were completely unjust.

·       Hitler expanded German’s army.

·       He did a lot of actions to violate the Tov but it helped Germany grow bigger an stronger.

·       He took advantage of the effects brought to Germany by the Tov and used the public fear to gain power.

·       He fixed the economy and gave everyone jobs, which helped Germany.
